James Daly qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and obtained Duty Solicitor status following that qualification. He also obtained his Higher Court Advocacy qualification in 2011 allowing him to appear in the Crown Court and represent the interests of his clients. He was made Partner in 2012.
James specialises in all areas of law but particularly enjoys the cut and thrust of Magistrates’ Courts work. He has an excellent reputation with the Judiciary who enjoy his dynamic style of advocacy.
James is married to Joanne Grant, fellow Partner in Crompton Halliwell Solicitors and they have two young boys.
Outside of work he has a keen interest in fundraising, walking and all sports.
In 2012 James was elected as a Councillor was North Manor and feels his strong advocacy style developed over the years in the Magistrates Courts assist greatly in representing the interests of his constituents.
James is also Governor of two schools.
